Also, make sure you keep leaves raked up. Trim back any overgrown bushes, and dead-head flowering perennials in your garden beds.

  Replace any flowing, summery drapes with thicker, cozier ones. Fleece drapes not only add a sensual fall vibe to your home but can also help keep the space warmer. If your windows are older, cozy drapes can help prevent drafts so potential buyers don't get a chill when walking through the home. 
  
  
• Set Out Seasonal Potpourri
