Ever since my toddler years I was always immersed in the business of real estate. With regular visits to see my paternal grandparents on the farm or whether visiting my maternal grandma & grandpa on a new house construction site they were working at, I’ve grown to learn over the years the value of real property with a first-hand perspective. It was because of this family nurturing that inspired me to pursue this passion professionally as a career.
While raised in the Dinwiddie Co. / Tri-Cities area and being a resident of Richmond while pursuing a degree, I’ve developed a well-balanced understanding of rural, sub-urban, and city life. I recognized the value of land and privacy in the country as well as the importance of space and convenience within city limits. Soon thereafter obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science, I started working independently for myself as Class A building contractor. Most recently, within my professional career, I was privileged to work within the banking industry for just over 10 years to learn the nuances of real estate financing and construction lending.
Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to consult with several many real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, appraisers, surveyors, financial institutions, investors and contractors to verify evaluation studies, plans and cost estimates alike. Coupled with the skillset of actively performing the work as a contractor, I aim to deliver a unique perspective on your real estate matters big and small.
I’d love the opportunity to earn your trust throughout your real estate journey. Give me a call or send an email anytime!
